2. Amount of funding

The national grant is divided into three grades: the first grade national grant is 4,000 yuan per student per year; the second grade national grant is 3,300 yuan per student per year; the third grade national grant is 2,600 yuan per student per year。The National Bursary is awarded to the recipients on a 10-month basis。

3. Review object

Have the official student status of our school, and is recognized as a full-time undergraduate student of the School of Public Administration in 2023-2024 academic year from a family with financial difficulties。

4. Evaluation conditions

1.Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2.Love the motherland, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China;

3.Abide by the Constitution and laws, and observe the rules and regulations of the university;

4.Honest and trustworthy, good moral character;

5.Study hard and make progress actively;

6.Meet the standards of students with general difficulties, relatively difficulties or special difficulties identified by the school's financially disadvantaged students;

7.Actively participate in the activities organized by the school and college, with good learning and living habits, physical and mental health, simple life, no extravagance and waste。

5. Review procedures

1.Faculty review。According to the indicators issued by the financial assistance work leading group of our hospital, on the basis of the identification work of students with financial difficulties from families and the comparison of school records, the degree of financial difficulties of families is sorted according to the scores of the democratic evaluation group, the grades of national grants are distributed, and the preliminary review list is determined and publicized for 5 working days。

2.School audit report。After the review of the Student Office, the list of recipients will be publicized in the whole school again for 5 working days, and after there is no objection, the review results and funding information system audit results will be reported to the Henan Student Financial Aid Management Center for review, approval and record。

6. Job requirements

1.Attach great importance to。The national grant is a powerful measure to ease the economic pressure of students from families with financial difficulties and make them feel at ease in school. Our college adheres to the principle of open, fair and just evaluation, so that students from families with financial difficulties can truly feel the care and care of the Party and the state。

2.Specification review。The evaluation of national grants should be carried out on the basis of the identification of students from poor families, and academic performance should not be taken as the main evaluation factor。

3.Strict examination。The College will review the eligibility of students who have received national financial aid, and if fraud is found, once verified, the eligibility for financial aid will be cancelled and the funding will be recovered。If the case is serious, the college will deal with it seriously according to relevant regulations。
